Meals

Breakfast is included in the hotel package. Lunch will be provided at ILRI from Tuesday, March 31 to April 4. Dinner Reception is hosted by the CSI on March 31. Meals other than that specified by the Organizer are at participant’s personal account.

Local Transportation

The Secretariat will be in charge of transporting participants between the hotel and the meeting venue. Participants will make their own arrangement for airport travel.

Travel arrangements and ticket confirmation

It is strongly advised that participants be holding confirmed reservations, as confirmation and/or ticket rebooking may be a problem.  Please contact the Secretariat for this and other travel-related assistance.

Internet Access

Internet services are available at the meeting site (free of charge). Internet access services are also available at the hotel, but will be charged to the participant’s personal account and will not be reimbursable.
